MacNotables: The Mac Experts You Want To Hear From
MacNotables is the podcasting home to some of the Macintosh industry's best known and most visible personalities. The panel consists of authors, columnists, editors...all the people who create the information you want and need.
In order to create a centralized resource for Mac users everywhere, the panelists have joined forces to create one podcast that covers the many facets of the Macintosh and Apple world, including news, reviews, tips, commentary and more.
The MacNotables Panelists, in alphabetical order, consist of;
Christopher Breen: Senior Editor for Macworld magazine and Playlistmag.com.
Bryan Chaffin: Editor of The Mac Observer & The iPod Observer.
Jim Dalrymple: Editor Online of MacCentral.
Adam Engst: Publisher of TidBITS & Take Control Books.
Tonya Engst: Senior Editor of TidBITS & Editor in Cheif of Take Control Books.
Andy Ihnatko: Freelance Journalist.
Ted Landau: Book author & Founder and orginal editor of the MacFixIt website and author of the mac.column.ted monthly column.
Bob "Dr. Mac" LeVitus: Considered one of the world's leading authorites on the Macintosh & Mac OS for nearly twenty years.
Dennis Sellers: Founder and Chief Mazimizer of Macsimum News.
And the host, or chair, of MacNotables is;
Chuck Joiner: Editor-in-Chief of The MUG Center.

Due to the already extremely busy schedules of each panelist, we probably won't see all nine (ten if you include Chuck) panelist on each show, but rather we'll see a different selection of people on each show. This will allow for interesting "pairings", discussions and debates.
At the time of writing this article, there had already been three editions of MacNotables published where the topics covered included a discussion of Apple's Fourth Fiscal Quarter Earnings and Announcements; then the "One More Thing" announcements - Video iPods, Media iMacs and Video in the iTunes Music Store and in the third edition Earphone for Your iPod.
You can listen each issue via one of three ways;
Listen: Which plays the MP3 right in your web browser.
iTunes: This is the best option - Subscribe to the podcast in iTunes 4.9 or later and then have each new episode automatically downloaded as they are released.
RSS: Or you can use any RSS or Podcatching package you like.
Each episode, along with show notes and links, are archived on the MacNotables website.
There is not a set schedule for the publication of MacNotables, but expect to a new edition published every seven-to-ten days.
