Mac OS 8 & 9 Support
We have provided support for OS 8 & 9 since their inception. All aspects of these operating systems can be handled - be it be printers, scanners, modems, hubs etc. Every single aspect of these versions of the Mac OS can be dealt with by us.

Windows Support
With round the clock support for front end applications for the past 6 years, there has been experience with all Windows Operating Systems from 95 through to the latest Windows XP.

Network & Internet Integration
Wether it be a dial-up modem, cable or DSL, we can share your internet connection so that all machines and users on your network can access internet services like email and web.

Software installation & updates
A key component to ensuring optimum performance of your computer system is to have all your essential and useful utilities and applications, especially anti-virus packages, updated regularly.
Often these updates can be obtained from the internet free of charge, but keeping track of when these updates become available and actually performing the updates can be time consuming - Let us do this for you.

Tuition
We can provide tuition sessions on a variety of topics for beginners through to advanced users, in either in one-on-one or group environments. Below is listed just a few of the things that we can train you extensively in -

Rates
We provide two levels of support - a casual rate or monthly service contracts.
Casual
AUD$80 (inc GST) per hour, or part thereof, with a minimum of two hours per call out.
MUG members
AUD$50 (inc GST) per hour, or part thereof, with a minimum of two hours per call out. Price for financial members of any recognised Australian Macintosh User Group - proof of membership to be supplied.
Service Contracts
Monthly Service Contracts, providing either regular onsite visits and/or "pre-paid" hours can be arranged from as little as AUD$300 per month.
