Introducing QuickTime 7

On Tuesday, August 9, 2005 Nicholas Pyers will give a presentation on QuickTime 7 to the Macintosh MultiMedia Group [3MG] of AUSOM Incorporated and iMug.

Topics to be covered include;

QuickTime 7. An short overview of the exciting new features in QuickTime 7, including H.264, multichannel audio, AV capture, share, and the enhanced playback capabilities.

What's New in QuickTime 7. A more detailed information about all of the new features in both QuickTime 7 Player and QuickTime 7 Pro.

Other QuickTime Products. Covering QuickTime Broadcaster, QuickTime Streaming Server, and the QuickTime MPEG-2 Playback Component.

QuickTime and MPEG-4 Featuring H.264. QuickTime support of industry standards with emphasis on MPEG-4 and H.264. It also provides in-depth information on H.264 and the specifics of Apple's implementation.

Surprize Presentation

After the interval, before commencing with the QuickTime presentation, Nicholas gave a short presentation on the new Mighty Mouse that was released by Apple Computer a few days before.
